Barcelona square off against Getafe in La Liga matchday 8 with coach Hansi Flick rotating his squad, resting two regular starters and adjusting the lineup from recent fixtures. Jules Kounde is pushing to reclaim a starting spot after Eric Garcia held the full-back position for a run of games.

Off the pitch, Chelsea are being linked with midfielder Frenkie de Jong. Liverpool are also believed to be monitoring an out-of-favour Barcelona defender, with reports placing the fee at around 60 million pounds.
