OC Transpo is preparing new express routes, revised bus schedules, and more frequent O-Train trips this fall. Transit officials state that the transit system is ready for returning public servants. However, daily commuters say that trust must still be earned by agency leaders.

Operational breakdowns have impacted the system. A recent service disruption forced O-Train Line 1 to operate on single-track routing between Hurdman station and uOttawa station. As the fall season starts, Carleton University also noted its fall U-Pass program for eligible students.
